If you're winning at a life you don't want, you lost the game.

Build your own definition of success.

ABOUT

Hi, my name is Panthea.

By the age of 26, I was the stereotype of "successful".
I had achieved all my goals: status, apartment, partner, car...

In 2014, I went through a traumatic experience that was just the beginning of hell. Burnouts. Physical symptoms. PTSD. A toxic relationship and a dysfunctional family. I didn't know what or how, but I knew something had to change.

For 10 years, I woke up every day working on myself.

Over those years, I realized I had chased a life that wasn't really mine: my beliefs, my values, my career, my relationships.
Everything was built on what I was taught and what success is supposed to look like.

I rewired my brain, my nervous system, my identity and ultimately transformed my life completely.

I left my job, my husband, and everything I had to move countries and build a life based on who I really am and what I truly want with 0 guarantee.

My only guarantee was that I built the person who can hold it all with peace, strength, grounding and safety. The changes, the fears, the uncertainty, the loss...

I know the strength it takes to not only admit your life is not the one you want, but even more to walk away from it and shape one that costs everything you built.

Changes start when you build self-awareness and accountability, and are finally true to yourself and what you really want. You won't lose anything that doesn't fit your new life.

You will only make space for what's aligned with the new version of you.

Today, I help high performers trapped in a life that doesn't fit them anymore build one that's finally theirs.

If you're done living a life that doesn't feel yours, contact me now and let's build it together.

What I enjoy the most is the diversity of people and opinions being discussed.
We can start with a simple topic and somehow end up with much deeper conversation about 10 different branched topics without losing depth. No pressure to agree, and that's what makes it interesting. You can speak openly, questions things and listen, no judgement.

Discussions always provoke deeper thoughts and reflection in myself.
It is one of those things i really look forward to.

Note: amazing Hidden Gem of book recommendations

Thank you Panthea, and the whole crowd for showing up, for listening and for being so expressive.
